At Woofs for William, our mission is to support children living with Type 1 diabetes on their journey to receiving a specially trained diabetic alert dog (DADs). Through fundraising and community support, we provide grants that help families afford these life-changing companions, improving safety, independence, and peace of mind.
Through our nonprofit, we aim to foster independence, enhance safety, and offer emotional support, ensuring that children with Type 1 diabetes have the opportunity to live a healthier, happier life.

This relentless schedule can be exhausting and overwhelming, not just for the child, but for their whole family. Donations help ease the financial burden of obtaining a diabetic alert dog through grant funding and community support.
